As interesting as Venture Capital may be to a startup, it may not be the "right" money for your venture. Many of you may not have thought anymore about raising startup money for your venture beyond the local bank, which is probably appropriate for the opportunity you are seeking. As these opportunities become more time intensive and technically challenging, the startup cash can flow quite freely and may overwhelm your resources. That is why finding the right source of your startup money can make or break an opportunity.
