For the first delegated task, you will need to organise a meeting for the Administration team. In order to do this you will need to put together a meeting agenda and communicate the details of the meeting to the relevant staff members. To complete this task, follow the steps below. Ensure that you communicate with your manager to complete the task.
Part A In a meeting with the Administration Manager, discuss:
1. The requirements when orgainising a team meeting.
2. How you will communicate the details of the meeting to the relevant staff members.
3. Who needs to be invited to the meeting.
Part B 1. Prepare the documents for the meeting:
o Meeting Agenda o Communication email 2.
Submit a draft copy of the meeting agenda and communication email to your manager for approval. Organise to discuss feedback on documents with your manager.
3. Discuss the feedback on documents and complete the final copy of the meeting agenda and communication emai
