Question

The protein kinase-­ -mediated addition of a phosphate to a critical domain in an enzyme always results in a conformational change that causes activation of the enzyme. Protein phosphatases always reverse enzyme activation, but not inactivation, by removal of the phosphate group to Pi. why would this statement be wrong.
