Create a business-oriented process model to represent the following:

The event that begins the process is the receipt of a credit request. The first activity is the bank loan officer entering the customer information into the system. The system determines whether the applicant has a debt/income ratio of greater than 30%. After the decision is made, the outcome of the decision, leads to one of the following paths:

If the debt/income ratio is less than 30%, the loan officer is able to approve the loan and notify the customer directly of the approval.

If the debt to income ratio is higher than 30%, the credit application is sent to the bank’s loan manager who performs a more detailed review. After the review is complete, the bank’s loan manager uses other criteria to determine whether he/she is able to approve or deny the loan. A notification is sent to the customer of the decision.

Assumption:

The bank’s loan officer and the bank’s loan manager are in different resource lanes in the same resource pool (the bank).
