The pickup coil in an electric guitar contains 10,000 turnsand has a diameter of 2.1 mm. When thepickup coil is very close to a guitar string, there is a field ofmagnitude B = 0.09 T in the coil. If this steel string is vibrating at a frequency of245 Hz, what is the approximatemaximum emf induced in the coil? For simplicity, assume the induced flux varies back and forth between zero and the value found whenB in the coil is at its maximum value (found when thestring is very close to touching the coil).
