Group write-up (500 words)
You will be given a case study and dataset at the beginning of Week 12 class and, in groups of 4-5 people, you will have 80 minutes to submit a write-up recommending how the organisation should use social media analytics to influence beneficial consumer behaviour.

Individual write-up (500 words)
After the group write-up has been submitted, you will be given a second case study and will have 80 minutes to submit an individual write-up recommending how the organisation should use social media analytics to influence beneficial consumer behaviour.

Assessment Instructions

Both the group and individual write-ups will involve responding to questions, based on the case materials provided during the in-class assessment. These questions will relate to identifying the most attractive business opportunity arising from applying social media analytics, making recommendations on what specifically the organisation in the case study should do to influence beneficial consumer behaviour and giving thought to relevant ethical considerations.

For both the group and individual write-ups, you will be provided Word documents that you must use to insert your answers directly to the questions asked.
