The on-boarding process for new hires is very important. In some organizations it requires a one or two day, face-to-face experience, while in others it takes place mentoring programs. There are probably as many variations of on-boarding as there are companies. For this discussion question: Provide a brief overview of the on-boarding process (the 4 steps) and for each step, discuss how technology may be integrated, and other training and development approaches presented in last unit and this unit can be integrated for a successful approach to the on-boarding process. please make sure to make this three no less then 2-3 paragraphs.
