Aminabhavi et al. [T. M. Aminabhavi, V. B. Patil, M. I. Aralaguppi, J. D. Ortego and K. C. Hansen, J. Chem. Eng. Data 41, 526 (1996)] examined mixtures of cyclohexane with various long-chain alkanes. Among their data are the following measurements of the density of a mixture of cyclohexane and pentadecane as a function of mole fraction of cyclohexane (xc) at 298.15 K:
