A research paper is a scientific paper that addresses a specific topic (within the domain of the course) in depth and with scientific rigor. Students are required to use minimum 25 relevant citations on the given topic develop the LITERATURE REVIEWsection. Generally, these research articles need to have been published since 2010.
TOPIC: The microfoundations of the entrepreneurial team: A study
using our 2 assessments result from excel sheet attached (Noura and Shaima result) FIRO-B and Team working assessments. Plus, the article review (2 articles and 2 literature review for each one of us) we need you to connect our result in both assessments and the literature review in this topic (The microfoundations of the entrepreneurial team).
Note: The articles used to make the article review can be used as a reference and the different resources inside the article can be used as well as a reference . All the reference should from be Academic resource only.
The purpose of a Literature Review is to summarize what you have learned from an immersion in the research literature related to your problem statement. The written literature review is an organized narrative that conveys to the readers of your action research project the relevance of published research to your problem statement.
The paper should conform to the following outline:
1. Abstract
2. Introduction
3. Literature Review
4. Methodology (Objectives of the study, Design of the study,
Description of data collection tools/questionnaires, & Statistics Used)
5. Results & Discussions
6. Conclusion, Limitations, & Implications of the Study
7. References
8. Appendices
The paper should be type written, 1.5 line-spaced, using 12-point size font times new roman, and should not exceed 18 pages(excluding cover page, references and appendices).
APA style (6th edition) must be followed.
