Question- Last lab the topic was lipid content, professor gave us the Bluebird thick cut chips as sample, my group tested twice, the first result is 21.26% and the second one is 21.48%. So the mean is 21.37%. they are very close. But the maen value of results from another group is 18.29%. Why the lipid content can be so different as the experiments were all taken at the same time and same environment. the samples were all from the same bag.
