Interview:

John considers that people are becoming leaders for their ideas and hard work, so he says they need continue to contribute it and consider ideas of other potential leaders. He also think, that leading change is an opportunity to grow and to start a great relationship with new management or leader. John’s opinion is that leaders should manage employees and instead of giving them orders, need to give advice and suggestions, so they are should be more flexible rather than control under pressure. Then employees will feel comfortable working for their leader, so they will be more motivated. John says, that he does not believe in cultivation of leaders. His opinion is that the leaders are usually individuals that hungry about work and self-improvement, with a strong desire to reach that status. Most employees work regular hours, but few of them work more, gain knowledge and contribute new methodologies to their leaders.

Mutual professional interests and desire to grow.

2. Who has influenced you the most?

My long-term goals influence me the most.

3. When is breaking the rules okay?

In my opinion you cannot get successful without risking somewhere at some point. If you risk than guess you do break a rule for yourself. Once you evaluate the potential loss and win of that risk or rule breaking you can take a decision.

4. Why do you do what you do?

I love my industry and live with it. I always learn and in my spare time think of how I can grow more.

5. How would you describe your personal style?

Hot heart, cold mind.

Culture

1. Compare how you act during times of crisis compared to how you act normally.

I am trying to be less emotional during crisis and solve the issue that causes the crisis, because it will not get solved by itself.

2. What happens here (in organization) when people make mistakes?

We all make mistakes and everyone deserves a chance, but it doesn’t mean that we should forgive them every time. If my assistant made mistake, I will evaluate it and discuss it with him. If it will continue to happen I will have to make a decision, because operations of my department, company, or organization is the priority.

3. What do you look for in new employees?

Hunger, passion to grow within finance and desire to grow.

Start my own company.

I have long-term goals. In order to achieve them I set myself a short term goals.

All time I invest in myself at work and learning is to get a benefit in the future
