The purpose of this activity is to help you understand how law is developed based on a case. Review this week's resources related to case law and to the 1966 Miranda v Arizona case. This famous case puts into perspective the progression of case law from lower to upper courts.

The following activity allows you to check your knowledge about the U.S. Legal System and Case Law. This information is foundational to the field of forensic psychology and vital to your success in this course. These interactive tutorials will help you understand these concepts.
