Write a 3-5 page paper defining the roles and expectations that scientists and two other experts (such as elected officials, non-governmental stakeholders, or economists) play in this area, illustrating issues of power, the potential (realized or not) of science in the policy-making process, and the barriers and incentives to collaborative outcomes among experts.
