The impact of climate change on global food security. Again, don't dwell on those but mention them as they are considerations and factors that will need to be dealt with directly or indirectly if you receive funding for your grant project. And the UN decision makers for the grant will want to be sure you understand the complexity of the factors relating to the problem(s) you are seeking to resolve.
