Select any publicly-traded company and go through its 2012 or 2013 fiscal year annual report and answer the following two questions:

A. List the name of your company
B. Identify and briefly explain the purpose of at least the four main sections of the annual report
Hints: For eg, annual reports have different sections. For eg, almost all reports will have a Management Discussion and Analysis section. Another section is Letter to Shareholders. List at least four main sections of the report and briefly explain the purpose of each section also.
