Malnutrition and Obesity is increasingly turning out to be a global menace. There are several reasons for the prevalence of obesity in today's global society.

For example, most families do not take time to make healthy meals for their families. Such factors have widely been promoted by the changing lifestyle and the increasing role of women in corporate jobs.

Besides, the high cost of loving has pushed for the changing household trends in the global society. Therefore, parents always have little time to attend to their children and will from time-to-time prioritize fast food meals in a bid to maximize their time with the kids (CDC, 2015).

Nonetheless, such family trends must change to control/ prevent obesity. In a report by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) OF 2015, the impact of healthy eating among children and even adolescent is vital in promoting optimal childhood development, i.e., health-wise, intellectually, and growth.

Such precautionary actions are critical in preventing immediate health problems in children, e.g., obesity, iron deficiencies, dental caries, and eating disorder.

Furthermore, such remedial measures are prerequisite for long-term health intervention against coronary heart ailments, stroke, or even cancer (CDC, 2015). Hence early childhood forms a critical time for the healthy development of the body.

Hence, the three important points to include in a public nutritional address is enhancing the need for education in addressing and changing the prevalence of obesity epidemics.

Also, it will be important to include the essence of teaching children on healthy eating and portion control to prevent obesity.
