The rod is parallel to the y-axis, but moves in the +x direction with a speed of 25 cm/s. The entire assembly is immersed in a uniform magnetic field of 7.26 T in the +z direction (up). The electrons in the rod have moved until they are in equilibrium. One end of the rod is negatively charged, while the other is positively charged.
