Literature Review - Will listening to cheerful music produce more social interactions than listening to sad music? Utilizing the feedback you received from your peers, you'll submit a final version of your introduction, literature review, and research hypothesis.

You will take the summaries you've written so far, organize them in a way that is coherent (i.e., you don't need to describe them study-by-study, but you can organize them according to the similarity of their findings), provide transitions between the various summaries, add an introductory paragraph that orients the reader to the topic and purpose of your paper, and conclude with a summary paragraph that contains your research question and associated hypothesis.

The hypothesis must be grounded in the established research and theory you've reviewed. Include a title page and references section. This should be no more than 6-8 pages (excluding title/reference pages). Student: Great job on your post this week. I absolutely love your topic and hypothesis. I adore music in all genres so your topic put a smile on my face. I know what music does for me, so I cannot wait to see your report and what you may find. You are off to a great start.

Hope everything goes well. Student: Hello! Such a good topic. I feel that music sometimes does affect my mood. Do you think there is a possibility that people just listen to certain music as a result of their mood and not the other way around? I think you can really expand on this topic further down the line. Student: this is such a fascinating subject. I have always been a person who cannot listen to music and focus if the music has lyrics. I also find myself getting distracted by music when I am doing something like reading or writing.

I will begin focusing on the beat of a song or singing the lyrics and lose track of what I am doing. Student: I am looking forward to seeing how this affects human behavior. I also wonder if it is something we could integrate into schools, or hospitals to increase positivity.

My hypothesis: The effects of joyous and sad noises may have varying effects on people''s good conduct depending on their various degrees of arousal.
