The drug vincristine is used to treat many cancers. It apparently works by causing microtubules todepolymerize (breaks apart microtubules). Vincristine use hasmany side effects, including loss of dividing cells and nerveproblem due to transport of neurotransmitter (required for neuronalfunctions) to proper locations. Explain why this might beso? How would you show that the amoeboid cell movements arenot caused by microtubules?
