A cyclic device operating as a refrigerator is being used to cool two refrigerated spaces. The first space is being maintained at 0 C by transferring thermal energy from the space to the cyclic device at the rate of 3.0kW. The second space is being maintained at -25 C by transferring thermal energy from the space to the cyclic device at the rate of 1.6kW. The cyclic device rejects thermal energy to 40 C surroundings. Assume that all proceses are reversible and determine the required power input to the cyclic device.
