Scenario : The Customer is Not Always Right

The customer isn’t always right; the customer just thinks he/she is always right. Sometimes customers ask for things you’re truly unable to provide. Even more frequently, you say no because the refusal is best for your organization. Think of a situation where a customer asked for something your organization could not provide or felt was unreasonable. Write a response refusing the request.
