Address the following:

• Determine and explain if the existing factors that may cause the crisis are external or internal to the organization.

• Develop a crisis management plan addressing the five phases of a typical business crisis as identified by researchers. The phases are: signal identification, preparation/prevention, damage control, recovery and learning.

Describe the challenges you believe organizational leaders will have with implementing the crisis management plan.
