Think that a combined reheat and regenerative cycle and utilise the steam as the working fluid. steam enters the high pressure turbine at 3.5 Mpa 350 °C,AND is extracted for purposes of feedwater heating at 0.8Mpa. the remainder of the steam is reheated at this pressure to 350 °C and fet to low pressure turbine steam is extracted from the low pressure turbine at 0.2 MPA for feedwater heating. The condenser pressure is 10 kpa and both feedwater heaters are open heaters. calculate the cycle thermanl efficiency and the net work per kg of steam?
