In particular, suppose management wants to have an average of three servers working (in parallel) in any half-hour period, but the number working can vary across periods. Also, assume that each server has a service rate of 16 customers per hour. Experiment with ways to deploy the servers, assuming that at least one server must be working each half-hour period. For example, at one extreme, you could have three servers working each half-hour period. At the other extreme, you could have a single server working all but one of the half hour periods, and 13 servers working during the other half-hour period. Defend the deployment you think works best in a brief report.
