Based on the absorption spectrum of bradford dye why is 595nm the best wavelength to measure protein concentration with bradford dye? I know one of the reasons is simply because the difference between the two forms of the dye is the greatest at 595 nm so that's the optimal wavelength to measure the blue color, but why else?
