The 100 Percent Utilization Fallacy
You walk into a fast-food restaurant. Let's assume that you are the only customer in the restaurant. Three smiling faces stand behind the counter ready to take your order. You are happy because you were served immediately - this is, after all, a fast-food restaurant.
