There have been a number of workplace accidents within the organisation. In particular, there have been many back injuries to staff who work in the warehouse who retrieve products that need to be delivered to clients. The organisation department is considering making changes to health and safety processes in this area. Your colleagues do not see the need to consult warehouse workers in the review of these processes. What are five things you would say to them about the need to consult workers to avoid barriers to change?
