Tetracycline is the broad spectrum antibiotic. This yellow powder can dissolves in water and easy penetrates through placenta. By long-term ingestion of tetracycline by children during first months of life and women during last three months of pregnancy this antibiotic can be saved in enamel and dentin of teeth. In this case teeth become dark yellow color. But like a symptom, yellow teeth are observed by different heritable diseases (example: oculo-dento-osseous dysplasia, Hunter's syndrome, etc.). There are two healthy children in the family. Their parents are healthy (their teeth are white and all relations have white teeth too). Son is 3 years old and his milk and permanent teeth are white. Daughter (8 months old) has yellowish-brown milk teeth. She never took medicines, but her mother hade to take tetracycline during last months of pregnancy.

Questions:

1. How call the variability, linked with change of teeth color?

2. Can the children of future generations have yellow teeth in this family?
