Amos Zimmerman is a 73-year-old male who tested positive for influenza after a cruise three weeks ago. He was treated with Tamiflu by his primary healthcare provider. The influenza symptoms resolved, but he developed a productive cough two weeks ago and was treated with guaifenesin at home. He went to MedCheck two days ago with increased shortness of breath and sputum that was tan and green with red streaks. SpO2 was 88% on room air and he was transferred to the emergency department.
