Scenario:
Zimbabwe has been suffering from blackouts, as electricity providers are unable to provide the country with the energy resources it needs to sustain a thriving economy. A lack of energy can be disastrous for organisations in the country, as electricity is used to power infrastructure. Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, has noticed that Zimbabwe is in need of an alternative energy resource. He plans to launch the Tesla Powerwall - a type of solar-powered battery - in Zimbabwe so that organisations in the country can power their infrastructure using a more reliable energy source.
Elon Musk asks you analyse the product life cycles of Tesla Powerwalls and Zimbabwe's electricity in order to take advantage of this opportunity. He also asks you to compile a business development plan to ensure the success of this opportunity.
