David has always been known to be a temperamental guy. For the past few years, he and Linda, his wife, have been having marital issues particularly because he suspects her of trying to leave him. He has been violent to family even in front of their two young children. Linda finally can not take it and files for divorce and asks the court for the custody of children. One day before the court hearing, David comes to her place of stay and is hostile to her and the children. He finally kills three of them with his 38 revolver and then shoots himself. Is this an act of terrorism/suicide terrorism? Why and/or why not?
