Chinese CCC PLC has completed many large projects, whether in Middle East, North Africa, or other Arab countries. For example, the highway project and the Great Mosque in Algeria and projects in Oman like projects in Duqum and other infrastructure projects in electric grid operations management executed by the Chinese company, whose projects completed in these are new landmarks in Arab countries. Based on informal interviews with Arab employees in Chinese CCC PLC, the company experienced different norms, values in arab counties like the middle east and north Africa. So the company faced many issues concerning management and company culture like cross-cultural issues, values, and inequality in wages, rest time, holidays, and language communication with Arab employees.
