Westerly winds coming off the Pacific Ocean rise over the Rocky Mountain, which rise to a height of approximately 15,000 ft (580 hPa). The air on the western side of the mountain range is at 800 hPa (T = 70F, r = 0.75), and will subside on the eastern side to a height of approximately 6,000 ft (820 hPa). Assuming that any condensation will fall out immediately upon formation, what is the surface temperature and relative humidity on the leeward side of the mountains?
