At an Oceanside nuclear power plant, see water is used as part of the cooling system. This raises the temperature of the water that is discharge back into the ocean. The water temperature change is uniformly distributed over the interval from 10 to 25°C. A temperature increase of more than 21°C is considered to be potentially dangerous to the environment. What is the probability that at any point in time, the temperature increases potentially dangerous?
