There are many types of calls that will come in to the medical practice on any given day. Medical Administrative Assistants should be prepared to take messages, answer or properly route incoming calls.

Reflect on your readings this week and provide two types of incoming calls that an assistant could expect to receive. As the Medical Office Professional, what is the appropriate action that should be taken?
