Telemedicine works through Electronic Health Records (EHRs). EHRs ensure integrated and efficiently applied distribution of healthcare. Adequate and proper incorporation of patients' health data into a central cloud is crucial to ensure sufficient coordination between the patient and the physician. It also provides appropriate communication between different physicians regarding patient's health. Hence, leveraging EHRs for the enhancement of telemedicine is the obvious next step in the ever-changing landscape of medicine.
