Question

A teenage male was on trial for stealing a car. At trial, the owner of the car can only confirm that the car was stolen, the model of the car, the type of car and color, and that it was missing from his property on a particular date. The defense attorney asks the witness, "Isn't it possible that my client did not steal the car, that someone else did, and that the police are framing my client?" The prosecution objects.
