Task 2 - Research your health and wellbeing To complete this part of the assessment, you must access relevant resources about health and wellbeing and then research techniques to manage your own personal health and wellbeing. You will complete the tables below. Research information about the following:
a) Identify at least 2 techniques for managing your own physical health (for example: increasing physical fitness, healthy diet, adequate sleep).
b) Identify at least 2 techniques for managing your own mental wellbeing. Techniques refer to specific ways that help you manage your own mental health. (For example, mindfulness, exercising, socialising with other people). The techniques researched must address identified stress, personal life and work environment factors.
c) Provide an overview of at least 2 organisational resources which could improve personal health and wellbeing (for example: Phone or computer apps, Gyms, specific spaces, practices, websites, specific organisations, social clubs, fun activities, books etc).
You must indicate at least one source for each researched information. Source must be the title of the document or website and its link. Ensure that your sources are reliable. A source is reliable if the content is accurate, updated to current findings, provides enough information to discuss the subject.
