Write a one-page paper in which you identify at least three techniques for building relationships with customers in today's competitive business environment. Focus especially on ways to build long-term relationships and create loyal customers. In your paper, include the following:

Use the following three techniques to build customer relationships, along with descriptions of each technique.

Become familiar with your customers: Get to know who they are and why they do business with you. Find out their likes and dislikes.

Tell your customers what they can expect: Convey to your customers your commitment to them. Live up to their expectations: Follow through by accomplishing what you have said that you would do.

Maintain consistency: Do not promise what you cannot deliver, but always deliver a consistent service. Customers like to know that they will have the same positive experience every time they interact with you.

One practical example that describes how to implement one of these techniques in a customer service setting.
