I am the eyes and the ears for my supervisor, I report any changes in my patient to her. I have worked with this family for 14 years, and mom trusts me with coordinating all aspects of her daughter's care. I make all the appointments and take her to them, I pick up her prescriptions and order all her supplies. It is my job to keep the other members of my team (Mom, My Supervisor, and Doctors) up to date on any changes in my patient or in her care.
