Karan leads the Marketing team at Grandfin, a new-age FinTech company. The company operates in four countries, and each country has a marketing lead. Karan has to remotely manage the marketing leads who report to him for effective team performance. Karan conducts meetings at a specific time and wants all the leads to be available at the same time. However, some of the team members live with joint families and are free only at a particular time, when they attend meetings in silence and with focus. So, they find it difficult to attend the meeting at a specific timeline. They have communicated this to Karan several times, but he usually neglects their concerns.
