Teaching Plan Implementation and Result The teaching plan entailed educating the family on Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. The main objective of the teaching was to improve client's knowledge regarding the measurement of blood glucose levels, the proper way to take blood pressure, acceptable blood pressure ranges, medications, and the need for diet and physical activity changes (Kanaley et al., 2022).
