Now that you have analyzed a problem, how do you develop solutions to a business problem? Using your example from the previous assignments, formulate (a) a process for determining a solution to the problem, (b) a process for implementing the solution, and (c) an effectiveness benchmark of your solution from a reliability and validity perspective.
You have been given the task of developing the strategies listed above and communicating them to the stakeholders within the organization who are involved in the problem and the solution to the problem. Create this communication in a PowerPoint presentation discussing a process for how you will determine a solution, a process for how you will implement a solution, and possible benchmarks to determine whether the solution is viable.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
