Explain what you would do, if hypothetically you were the manager of a group containing all three employees that have the motivating and unmotivating factors described below, to increase the group's motivation on the job. You can use any imagined work scenario you'd like that includes these three employees in order to explain how you'd motivate them. Motivation's for Employee One: the involvement they receive, the urge to build a skillset, good coworkers, and money.
Unmotivating Factors: dislike miscellaneous projects/tasks and some days are better than others when it comes to their mental health.
Motivation's for Employee Two: impact their job makes to others (low-income individuals, providing resources etc.), their work positive work environment, and money to provide for themselves and their family.
Unmotivating Factors: repetitiveness, they sometimes feel tired, and they sometimes lack of patience sometimes
Motivation's for Employee Three: money, and mentoring and helping lower classmen that come from low-income, under-represented, and migrant families.
Unmotivating Factors: they have other obligations on their mind, the work environment can be overwhelming, and some coworkers can be stressful to work with
