A projectile of mass m is launched from the ground at time t = 0, with speed v0, at angle 0 above the horizontal. Aerodynamic drag is negligible. Write the (Newtonian) kinetic, potential, and total energies of the projectile as explicit functions of time. Take the zero of potential energy to be at ground level. Simplify your results as much as possible.
