1. Organizations invest in IT to help them achieve the strategic business objectives (SBOs). Describe all SIX (6) SBOs in relation to the information systems that are applied to achieve them.

2. Identify and briefly describe all FOUR (4) types of information systems that are predominantly used to manage organizational data within the different levels of management. Your description must include the major users of the system, its functions and capabilities and examples.

3. Identify and briefly describe all i. THREE (3) types of enterprise systems that are predominantly used to manage organizational data between departments, as well as with selected external parties. ii. Identify any TWO (2) business values ii. Identify TWO (2) challenges of each enterprise system.

4. Identify any THREE (3) non-technical/non-technological threats and THREE (3) technical/technological threats to information systems. Then identify techniques/methods to protect your information systems against each of those threats.

5. Compare between the THREE (3) systems development approaches, namely system development lifecycle (SDLC), prototyping and end-user development. Your explanation must include when each approach is appropriate (depending on magnitude or complexity of system being developed), what are the steps taken in each approach, what are problems associated with each approach.
