Female patient BMI of 27 complaining of diarrhea, nausea, but with no vomiting, abd. Cramping. Symptoms not affected with food. Healthy patient, no medical problems, not taking any medicine. Stool shows no blood . 2 weeks later, patient came back, as per patient, there was relief of symptoms 1 day after the initial visit, but after that, symptoms worsten, complaining of epigastric pain and LLQ pain. Patient lost 10 lbs. What is the management.
