ATP - CP energy pathway: I choose the deadlift and golf club. I choose these to both because they go fast for the movement. The deadlift can go slow with the pull of lift it can be fast. When it is used to the ATP it gets serious of it.

Glycolytic pathway: I choose the weightlifting and swimming 30 meters because both exercises are intensity. This one will be a lot more suit for the 20 seconds to more with it for rest of the time.
Oxidative pathway: I choose this one cause the jogging and cycling it has the lasting duration. It has the endurance for the one with 10-20 minutes.
The activities with this marathon training can run a long time of 20 minutes. It has the 500meters and the cycling for along 20mintues. The people can train in a way for the muscle. It has to give them the endurance. This can be effective for the marathon.
