Hi, This subject has two assessments , one literature survey and the other research proposal. I have already submitted the literature survey and he gave 17 out of 35. This research proposal is based on that literature survey ,and this proposal is of 65 marks and i need really good marks in this. I am going to attach my literature survey here with. Also i am going to provide you previous student's (Sara Matilainen) samples both literature survey and research proposal for your reference, she got really good marks. The aim of the research project proposal is to develop a project proposal. It is to illustrate how the research described in assessment 1 could to be carried out within a real organisation. You are to address:

What benefits this research would provide for an organisation? If possible try to use a real organisation. However you can make any assumptions about the organisation you like. In other words you are to identify what the research is supposed to achieve and why it is of importance to management within an organisation.
What is the main question or questions that this research project addresses?
How will this research project go about addressing this question? How is this consistent with previous studies? Does it use a similar research method?
What are the ethical problems that need to be addressed before this project can commence?
What will be the sources of the data? What are the methods of data gathering and analysis? You will need to justify your choice.

You need to indicate in detail what specific tools and techniques will be used to gather, recorded and analyse data. Provide examples of survey questions where appropriate.
How much will the research project cost and how long will it take? Do a time line and a work schedule. Also identify what knowledge and skills are needed to do this project. How long in hours would it take to do each part of the project?
What areas (literature, method, work schedule and skills) need additional clarification before the project commences.
