1. The Supreme Court in its capacity of Judicial Review has coined some lasting and very though provoking phrases for each of us to contemplate and remember. Not the least of which is : "Separate but Equal" (Brown v. the Board of Education) Wow what a historical buzz phrase! That is the drum beat type of thinking that has help to drive a number of American History Phenomenon's for a long time. Without dissecting the concept too deeply ... Why do Course Members think this headline lasted so very long?

2. I really like the Cupcake case. It is right on a spot on current topic. Additionally, some individuals may think that one important role of the government is the safety, security and welfare of its citizens. This idea can be bolstered by the passing of the Affordable Care Act. Some might say the reason the ACA was passed was establish because the government believed that Adequate Health Care contributes to the safety of the U.S. Citizens. What do Course Members think?
